Hi there! I’m Pedro Galoppi, the founder of xESG, a sustainability consulting firm based in New York City. With over 15 years of experience in global banking, NGOs, and major consulting firms, I have dedicated my career to advancing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability across North America, Europe, and South America. My deep understanding of the complexities involved in fostering sustainable practices globally has been shaped by significant roles such as the Sustainability Lead for Financial Services in North America at
Accenture. There, I led initiatives that laid the foundation for sustainable growth in large organizations. My time at Credit Suisse and UBS sharpened my expertise in regulatory ESG compliance, risk management, and sustainable finance, keeping sustainability at the forefront of decision-making.
I founded xESG with a mission to democratize sustainability, ensuring that companies of all sizes have access to the tools and expertise needed to thrive sustainably. Our approach is hands-on and collaborative, leveraging a vast network of experts to create solutions like net-zero roadmaps and auditable carbon calculators that drive real, lasting change.
Outside of work, I am a husband, father, nature enthusiast, and committed global citizen. These roles influence my approach at xESG, where we prioritize diversity, inclusion, and a passion for protecting our planet for future generations.
